SHIPPING POLICY

Shipping Availability

Mad Flavor currently ships within the United States only. We do not offer international shipping at this time.

Order Processing

Orders are processed within 2–5 business days after payment is received, excluding weekends and holidays. Processing times may be longer during peak seasons, holidays, or promotional periods.

Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information.

Shipping Schedule

We ship Monday through Wednesday only to avoid weekend delays in transit. Orders placed after Wednesday will be prepared and shipped the following week. You will always receive tracking updates and a delivery notification once your package is on the way.

Shipping Methods & Rates

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on destination, package weight, and shipping method selected. We ship using trusted carriers such as UPS, USPS, and FedEx.

Free Shipping: Orders over $100 qualify for free nationwide shipping.

Refrigerated & Perishable Items

Our vegan cheeses and salami are perishable and require refrigeration. These items are shipped in insulated packaging with cold packs.

By placing an order, you acknowledge and agree that:

- You are responsible for providing an accurate shipping address

- Someone must be available to receive the package

- Products must be refrigerated promptly upon delivery

Mad Flavor is not responsible for quality issues resulting from delayed delivery, missed delivery attempts, incorrect addresses, theft after delivery, carrier delays, or failure to refrigerate upon arrival.

Weather & Temperature Disclaimer

Mad Flavor ships perishable products using insulated packaging and cold packs; however, transit temperatures and delivery conditions are outside of our control.

Weather Risks:

- Extreme heat or cold may impact product quality during transit

- Shipping delays caused by weather or carrier disruptions may occur

- Product condition upon arrival may vary depending on transit duration and exposure

Mad Flavor does not guarantee product integrity once a shipment is in the carrier's possession and is not responsible for quality issues caused by temperature fluctuations, weather events, or carrier delays.

Customers assume all risks associated with shipping perishable goods and are encouraged to select delivery dates when someone is available to receive and refrigerate the package immediately.

Shipping Delays

Carrier delays, weather events, or circumstances beyond our control do not qualify for refunds or replacements.

Lost or Damaged Packages

If your order arrives damaged or appears lost, please contact us at madflavorofme@gmail.com within 48 hours of the delivery notification and include photos when applicable. We will assist in filing a carrier claim; however, refunds or replacements are not guaranteed.

RETURN POLICY

For food safety reasons, Mad Flavor does not accept returns on any food products.

This includes, but is not limited to:

- Vegan cheeses

- Vegan salami

- Jams, spreads, condiments, and perishable goods

If non-food merchandise is offered in the future, return eligibility will be clearly stated on the product page and subject to approval. Authorized returns must be unused, unopened, and in original condition. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

REFUND & REPLACEMENT POLICY

Due to the perishable nature of our products, all food sales are final.

Refunds

Mad Flavor does not offer refunds on food products, including vegan cheeses, salami, jams, spreads, or condiments. Refunds will not be issued for dissatisfaction, delayed delivery, or improper storage after delivery.

Replacements

Replacements may be considered at our sole discretion if:

- You received the incorrect item

- Your order arrived with a verified manufacturing defect

- Your order was damaged due to packaging failure

To request a replacement:

Contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photos of the product and packaging.

Approved replacements will be shipped once per order, when applicable. Refunds are issued only if replacement is not feasible.
