Our products are handcrafted in small batches. Natural variations in appearance, texture, and flavor are normal and do not constitute defects.

FOOD SAFETY & STORAGE
Refrigeration Requirement
Many of our products, including vegan cheeses and vegan salami, are perishable and must be kept refrigerated at all times. Failure to refrigerate products promptly upon delivery may result in spoilage or reduced quality.
Shelf Life
Shelf life varies by product and is influenced by storage conditions. All products are intended
to be consumed within the recommended timeframe listed on the product label or product
page. Shelf life estimates assume continuous refrigeration at or below 40°F (4°C).
Mad Flavor is not responsible for spoilage, quality degradation, or food safety issues caused
by improper storage, temperature abuse, or extended holding after delivery.
